Shipping & Pick Up Policy
How much is shipping?
Within Australia, shipping is a flat rate of $5 for regular post, $8 for express post.
For orders over $99 we offer FREE SHIPPING within Australia (regular post). This will automatically applied at checkout.
A tracking number will be sent to you once the shipping process commences.
Can I Pick Up my order?
Pick Up of online orders from our Kirrawee Warehouse is available on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays 10am-12:30pm. Please don't come outside these hours unless organised prior.
Before arriving, please wait for your notification to say that your order is ready to collect.
Do we ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers?
Yes we do. No problem at all.
When will I receive my order?
Orders placed by 11am (Sydney time) will be shipped same business day Mon-Fri. After 11am your order will be shipped on the next business day.
During peak periods or sales, this time frame may be delayed by an additional 24 hours.
Postage is via Australia Post e-Parcel Regular Post Service or Express Post Service.
Please see the link below for Australia Post estimated delivery times. As a guide, most rural areas will not be covered by the next day delivery guarantee (Express Post). Your order leaves from postcode 2232 NSW.
N.B. If you provide the incorrect shipping address and the parcel is returned to us you are liable for reshipping expenses.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Every customer is provided with a tracking number and detailed and up to date information of your parcel along the way.
If you haven't received a tracking email, please check if your items ordered are pre order items in which there will be a delay. Please see pre order information here.
For the security of your order, all parcels will need to be signed for by someone at the address. If no one is home, a card will be left for you to collect from your local post office. If you know you won't be home, please consider using an alternate address.
You can make a note in checkout if you wish to give authority to leave permission. However, please note - this is not a guaranteed e-Parcel feature and we cannot be held liable if the driver does not leave it.
Can I drop off returns to your warehouse?
Items you wish to return for a store credit can also be returned during the strict above Pick Up hours as shown above. First, you must complete a request to return online via our return Portal on this link here. Once you are approved, you will then receive an approval number (RMA) with the Return Form to complete and return with your item/s.
Do we ship internationally?
No, sorry. We no longer ship overseas.
